Our platform empowers marketing, merchandising, and operational teams across Fortune 1000 companies, enabling strategic alignment and execution of Omni-channel campaigns.
The Position
We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will be the driving force behind Agile best practices, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration. This is not just a facilitation role — we need a strategic thought partner and coach who can guide multiple teams through complex product deliveries with clarity, agility, and confidence.

The selected individual will preferrable work in the Contour Software Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Teams: Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 high-performing teams delivering complex, mission-critical solutions.
- Agile Coaching: Mentor team members, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile values, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and mindset.
- Facilitate Agile Events: Plan and run all Scrum ceremonies with precision and purpose — sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Delivery Enablement: Track and improve team velocity, lead backlog refinement, and ensure consistent, predictable delivery.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion data-driven retrospectives, implement actionable takeaways, and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Remove Impediments: Actively identify, own, and resolve blockers and cross-team dependencies to enable flow.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and report meaningful KPIs to stakeholders — including burn-downs, velocity trends, and cycle time.
- Enterprise Agility: Support scaled agile transformation initiatives (e.g., SAFe PI Planning), and help align team outputs with business priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally).
- Proven track record of enabling teams to ship high-quality products quickly and sustainably.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional product teams.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Background in software engineering, product management, or technical project management.
- Experience leading through organizational change or agile transformation.
