Senior Shopify Developer (Full-Stack)
Location: Lahore office| Preferably with experience in EU/US markets

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Shopify Developer with a proven track record and experience working with European or US-based companies. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing high-performance Shopify stores, implementing third-party integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring platform security and stability.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify themes and apps
Integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, shipping APIs)
Ensure GDPR compliance and data security best practices
Optimize site performance and caching (e.g., Redis, CDN)
Collaborate with designers to implement clean, responsive UI/UX
Maintain Git version control and follow development best practices
Key Backend Skills:
Shopify API (REST & GraphQL) – automation, integration, and data handling
Liquid (Shopify Templating) – customizing themes and dynamic content
Custom App Development – with Node.js, Ruby, Python, or PHP
Databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or using Shopify Admin API
Security & Compliance – GDPR, secure coding practices
Performance Optimization – Redis, CDN, caching strategies
Key Frontend Skills:
HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+)
Liquid – advanced Shopify theme customization
React, Vue, Ajax – dynamic elements like filtering, quick carts
Theme Customizer & Sections – building modular, editable components
Responsive Design – mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility
UI/UX – implementing designer layouts with attention to detail
Page Speed – optimizing assets, lazy loading, minification
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Shopify Plus
Knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices
Familiarity with Git (GitHub) workflows and collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of development experience (Shopify or e-commerce focused)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio or code samples (GitHub/Bitbucket link is a plus)
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code
