About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly web and web application interfaces using Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX for web and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably freelance.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and web application design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver on deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems for enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in branding and graphic design.
