GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Nordex Group, a leading international wind turbine manufacturer operating in many countries around the world, is looking for a Service Technician to be part of our teams in field operations as they develop their operations in organization!
Responsibilities:
- B.E Electrical or Electronics Simple repairs, troubleshooting and fault finding autonomously on turbines,
- Carrying out complex repair processes in cooperation with the relevant parties,
- Carrying out planned maintenance/control activities with subcontractors,
- Filling out reports and checklists to keep the Team Lead & Local Operations Manager fully informed,
- Informing the customer in case of work on the turbine,
- Carrying out the repair or replacement of the main components,
- Checking the stock of spare parts and being responsible for the material in the field,
- Guaranteeing the quality and timely performance of tasks,
- Be responsible for Nordex's materials, tools and property,
- Carry out tasks in accordance with Nordex guidelines and regulations,
- Keep all instructions and guidelines relating to Health and Safety and work safely for materials and personnel.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Technician expertise in Electrical & Mechanical Fields,
- At least 2 years of professional experience,
- Quick comprehension and decision-making skills,
- Solution orientation and good communication within the team.
- Basic HSE knowledge and the ability to develop further in this field.
