INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Site Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing Process Automation Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Ensure all contractors and subcontractors adhere to approved design drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, timelines, and progress; address non-conformities promptly with corrective actions.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams (civil, piping, E&I, equipment, cable laying) and ensure coordination to prevent delays or rework.
- Verify installed works against IFC drawings and client specifications.
- Attend daily meetings and toolbox talks; share daily work plans and secure client approvals.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for client queries and coordinate technical clarifications with engineering.
- Liaise with procurement/logistics for timely material and equipment delivery.
- Provide site feedback for planning improvements; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify and report potential delays, safety risks, and resource issues.
- Input data for dashboards, billing, and risk tracking.
- Enforce safety standards through audits, toolbox talks, PPE checks, and incident reporting.
- Verify contractor quantities and site progress; assist in joint measurements and work completion certifications.
- Coordinate inspections and clearances with QA/QC and client teams.
- Lead coordination meetings and participate in inspections, pre-commissioning, and punch point closures.
- Monitor material usage, equipment efficiency, and workforce productivity; recommend improvements.
- Resolve daily workfront conflicts and interface issues; ensure technical issues are escalated and documented.
- Maintain accurate site documentation (logs, NCRs, inspection reports, certificates, handover files).
- Support document control for project close-out and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- 10–12 years of proven experience in site management within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Hands-on expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I) on large-scale projects.
- Strong background in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with IFC drawings, QA/QC standards, and HSE protocols.
- Experience in coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineering teams for design clarifications, inspections, and handovers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, resources, and safety compliance in high-risk environments.
Location: Site, Dharki
Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable depending upon the project requirement)
