Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil and interior works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise site labor, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in supervising civil and interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with contractors and vendors
