Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project or site schedules in collaboration with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Use scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to build detailed timelines.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules based on changes, delays, or updated resource availability.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align material deliveries with the work schedule.
- Analyze performance data to identify scheduling inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
- Ensure all scheduling practices comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Scheduler, Planner, or similar role in [industry].
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction or project management principles is highly desirable.
