Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform
- Communicate effectively with clients for briefs, feedback, and approvals
- Track analytics and performance metrics to improve strategy
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align brand goals
- Support Shopify build solutions and eCommerce campaigns
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and social content
- Stay updated on trends and platform algorithm changes
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media handling
- Excellent client communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Shopify and basic digital marketing concepts
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
- Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
