Gr8 Connect is a UK-based recruitment agency helping businesses find the right talent across multiple industries. We are now looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle our online presence and grow our digital reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Run paid campaigns and monitor their performance (FB/IG/LinkedIn Ads).
- Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
