We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager/Digital Marketer. This pivotal role involves leading our visual content creation and amplifying our clients' brands across all social platforms. You'll be instrumental in ensuring brand consistency, driving client engagement, and optimizing digital presence to achieve ambitious marketing objectives. This remote position requires a strong understanding of design principles, social media trends, content strategy, and operational excellence within a distributed team environment. You'll also be responsible for client communication and ensuring their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Design & Visual Content (for Clients): Oversee the entire design workflow for various client projects, ensuring all visual assets (social graphics, website elements, ad creatives, marketing materials) align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You'll manage and mentor a team of remote designers and video editors, providing expert feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality, impactful visuals.
Analyze & Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor social media trends and client campaign performance data. Generate insightful reports and provide actionable recommendations to optimize strategies, creative assets, and paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
Remote Collaboration & Operations: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within a remote design and social media team. Implement efficient workflows and processes to manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output even under pressure.
Client Communication & Management: Work closely with account managers and clients to thoroughly understand their needs, effectively present creative concepts, and report on campaign progress. Your ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations will be key.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and rigorously enforce brand style guides for all digital and visual content created for clients, ensuring a cohesive and professional online presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in design management and social media marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role, ideally within a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally After Effects/Premiere Pro for video editing oversight).
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for paid and organic content.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics).
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), organizational, and analytical skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas and present to clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure in a dynamic agency environment.
Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Monday.com) is highly preferred.
