One of our US-based clients is on the lookout for top-tier Social Media Manager in Pakistan to join their growing team remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging trends in social media content creation, stay ahead of cultural trends in the it industry, deploy impactful proactive content on all social channels.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time and represent the brand with consistency, warmth, and credibility across all community interaction.
- Maintain provided content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts on Hootsuite.
- Work closely with marketing to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency.
- Measure and report against the performance of social marketing initiatives; share recommendations to optimize social performance.
- Handling operational social media tasks, including onboarding vendors, quarterly audits, and new account creations.
- Monitor internal and external platforms to proactively identify opportunities for engagement, lead generation, brand reinforcement, or customer support.
- Strong quantitative mindset, competent with dashboards, ROI analysis, social listening (nice to have)
Time Zone: Central Time
Experience: 4 to 6 years
