What you'll do:
- Install softwares and manage all company laptops, mobile phones and tablets. (MacOS,Android,Windows)
- Install softwares and manage all Android/Apple and other mobile phones and similar devices
- Coordinate with vendor and ensure Quality and consistency of internet via consistent monitoring
- Providing IT support and resolving problems for colleagues.
- Manage IT support requests and all IT hardware related issues
- Keep up-to-date records of procurement and logistics data, including purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Support in vendor selection and management..
- End to end petty cash management and record keeping.
- Independently oversee office management, consumables tracking and reordering etc
- Lead and manage Office staff.
- Any other tasks relevant to IT and Admin departments.
2+ years of relevant experience in IT support with a willingness to take on administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office is a plus.
