AIMS CONTACT TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a Social Media Executive to develop and implement social media strategies, creates engaging content, monitors performance, and interacts with the online community to enhance brand presence and engagement. They also have to analyze social media trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance and drive business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development: Crafting and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to align with overall marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- META Ads and Recruitment: Creating new strategies to boost up recruitment and running ads on social media platforms
- Content Creation and Curation: Developing diverse and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, to resonate with the target audience and promote brand messaging.
- Platform Management: Managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimal posting times.
- Community Engagement: Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions with the online community to build relationships and address customer inquiries.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and website traffic, to identify trends, optimize content, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive in the digital landscape.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or in related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in running META ads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
