About the Role
As a Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of the brand across all digital channels — bringing our brand story to life through engaging content, meaningful conversations, and data-informed creativity. You will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns that not only resonate with our audiences but also drive key business outcomes.
This role offers a unique blend of strategy, creativity, analytics, and brand-building, and is ideal for someone who understands that social media is both a creative canvas and a business tool.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
· Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across platforms.
· Monitor performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
· Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and marketing, to align on messaging and campaign objectives.
· Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches to social media.
· Support the execution of paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
· Uphold and strengthen the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touch points.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
- Expertise in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Deep understanding of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with paid media, A/B testing, and campaign budget allocation.
- Familiarity with influencer relations and community building.
- Knowledge of social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social).
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and web traffic metrics.
