Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts to attract target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
- Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
- Skills: Canva, Effects, Premier Pro software and similar.
