Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Digital Otters Office, DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
About the Role:
Digital Otters is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content that aligns with our brand and client strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for in-house and client brands.
- Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule posts, monitor performance, and adjust strategy to boost engagement and growth.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for creative assets.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, applications, and best practices in social media.
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for reach and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (at least 1–2 years).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools is a plus).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a strong advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to DHA, Lahore.
