Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of both strategy and execution of our social media presence across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business, Google My Business, BlueSky, and Mastodon.
- Be a hands-on executioner — create, post, engage, track, and optimize content across channels yourself while also planning at a strategic level.
- Build and manage a data-informed content calendar, balancing brand campaigns with real-time, trend-reactive content.
- Create viral, engaging, and platform-specific content — especially short-form video — with rapid production and iteration cycles.
- Lead experimentation across platforms to identify new growth levers, audience insights, and formats that resonate.
- Engage actively with the online community; increase brand mentions, shares, DMs, comments, and user-generated content.
- Own brand reputation management and social listening to protect and elevate our public perception.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, design, customer success) to integrate social into broader brand and product narratives.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, partners, and co-branded collaborators.
- Develop clear reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards; analyze performance and optimize relentlessly.
Future Responsibility:
You will gradually take ownership of our Paid Social Advertising strategy — including campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, performance analysis, and budget optimization — across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or product company.
- Proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns from concept to publishing — not just delegating.
- Deep knowledge of platform mechanics, content formats, trends, and publishing best practices.
- Solid understanding of brand storytelling, positioning, and community-led growth.
- Experience with AI tools, scheduling platforms, social analytics, and creative tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Bonus: Experience running or managing paid social campaigns, or interest in learning and owning this area.
- Growth mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and comfort with experimentation, failure, and iteration.
