Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Software Developer to design, build, and deploy a custom web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system tailored to our business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack web development, database architecture, and UI/UX principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements to define CRM features and workflows.
- Design and develop a secure, scalable, and user-friendly web-based CRM system.
- Implement core CRM features such as
- Notes, reminders, and notifications
- Role-based user access and permissions
- Integrate with third-party tools/APIs (e.g., email, calendar, payment systems).
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Set up cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and iterative improvements.
- Provide support, maintenance, and potential feature enhancements post-launch.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience building custom web applications (preferably CRMs or business systems).
- Proficient in full-stack development using technologies such as:
- Frontend: React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel)
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) deployment experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms or frameworks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
