Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director PSCMD (or designee), the Specialist/Functional Lead ERP will be responsible for the effective implementation, support, and optimization of the PeopleSoft ERP system within the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, ERP systems expertise (preferably PeopleSoft), and project/change management skills. The incumbent will also support departmental users with other relevant systems, identify process gaps, propose digital solutions, conduct user trainings, and lead change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and system adoption.
Lead/support configuration, testing, rollout, and improvement of ERP modules
Provide second-line ERP and system support to PSCMD and end-users
Generate actionable analytics for purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance
Use data trends to highlight risks (e.g., overstocking, delays, compliance issues)
Identify inefficient processes and implement ERP or digital automation solutions
Conduct ERP-related trainings and maintain SOPs for users
Provide support for other PSCMD tools (e.g., eTendering, Contracts)
Pilot AI applications for demand planning, contract insights, or anomaly detection
Act as a bridge between PSCMD, ICT, Finance, and Operations for system needs
Ensure ERP workflows comply with internal policies and audit standards
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
16 years of education / master’s degree in business administration/ computer science/ information systems or related field.
Trainings and certifications in ERP systems and IT Software will be considered as an added advantage.
Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in ERP Software development/ implementation/ training / functional lead
Experience in Healthcare Industry will be considered as an added advantage
Computer skills include Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and preferably Project).
