Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Campaign & Account Manager to oversee the setup, optimization, and management of our call tracking and lead flow systems. No prior experience with our exact tools is required — we’ll train you — but you must be highly technical, a fast learner, and an exceptional communicator.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team and have high visibility within the company as you help manage call campaigns, troubleshoot issues, communicate with partners, and contribute to the optimization of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize call tracking campaigns (we use Ringba – training provided)
- Manage day-to-day lead flow: tracking, routing, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (call buyers, lead vendors)
- Build and manage basic API integrations between tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRMs, call platforms)
- Proactively identify and solve technical issues in real time
- Keep detailed documentation of campaigns, processes, and integrations
- Communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally — you’ll be in constant contact with the team
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong technical aptitude (APIs, automations, system integrations, etc.)
- Basic coding knowledge (JSON, webhooks, REST API familiarity)
- Excellent English communication skills — fast, clear, and professional
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours (6–8 hours overlap)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.
- Background in affiliate marketing, lead generation, call center tech, or ad tech
- Previous remote experience in a campaign, account management, or technical support role
