What You'll Do:
- Monitor ongoing projects during your assigned shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Promptly notify clients of any outages using the appropriate communication platforms.
- Respond professionally to client queries via JIRA, email, or phone.
- Regularly review application and database stats for memory, storage, and network connectivity.
- Escalate internal network issues to the Network and Infra team without delay.
- Maintain clear, courteous, and effective communication to support client satisfaction.
- Manage external support tickets via JIRA and email.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers or up to 5 months of experience in a customer or technical support role.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations.
- Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
