Position: Telesales Excutive(Sales Specialist)
Location: On-site (Korangi )
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 75,000 + Attractive Commission + Other benefits
Gender: Female only
Key Responsibilities:
- To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records accurately.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to close sales.
- Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and customer experience.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call logs and performance updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
