Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, managing customer queries, and providing excellent service to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote products/services and generate sales leads
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of telesales or call center experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
