To develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy for HORECA products in order to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement and grow market share
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive Food Services brand strategy to build, protect and enhance the performance of Food Services in accordance with NFL’s overall business objectives
- Track and monitor the performance of Food Services which includes monitoring product performance against customers and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation across HORECA/Food Services
- Develop and execute brand plans for Food Services which includes developing positioning, messaging, and marketing activities that effectively communicate the Food Services value proposition to the target audience

Collaborate with QIRD, finance and Sales teams to develop the pricing strategy for all products sold to HORECA
- Develop and manage the Food Services marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve the desired business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or enhance existing products that are aligned with the overall strategy for Food Services
- Plan and execute the launch of new products within the HORECA target audience including positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Define and develop the visual elements, including logo, packaging, and design, to ensure consistency and recognition in the market of NFLS HORECA range
- Collaborate with Marcoms teams to design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that increase brand awareness and drive sales across HORECA market
- Work closely with the Sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the Food Services products e.g. sales materials, training programs, and incentives
- Collaborate with departments across NFL such as QIRD, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of strategies and plans related to Food Services
- Monitor, track and report on KPIs for Food Services and prepare regular management reports on the performance of all products sold to HORECA customers
