Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Graphic Designer who will also handle our social media content and posting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI and UX design, graphic design, and the ability to create engaging visuals for both digital products and online platforms.
You will design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces, produce brand-consistent graphics, and manage our social media activity to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Design:
- Create intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Develop responsive, interactive designs for outstanding user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for seamless implementation.
Graphic Design:
- Create marketing collateral, banners, promotional graphics, and digital content aligned with the brand.
- Design illustrations, icons, and visual assets for various platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all touchpoints.
Social Media Content & Posting:
- Design and prepare creative posts for social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content in line with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure visuals are optimised for each platform’s requirements.
- Assist in maintaining an active and engaging social media presence.
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Ensure accurate translation of UI designs into functional interfaces.
- Use analytics and feedback to refine designs and content.
- Stay updated with the latest design, UX, and social media trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with exposure to social media content creation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability principles, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present and justify design choices.
