Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar freelance marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Identify potential clients and projects based on company services (e.g., web/app development, design, digital marketing).
- Communicate with clients professionally and promptly to understand their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, PMs) to prepare quotes and timelines.
- Achieve monthly bidding and sales targets.
- Maintain records of proposals, responses, and deals closed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as a bidder on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong understanding of IT services and project cycles.
- Ability to write custom proposals tailored to client needs (no copy-paste).
- Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, job filtering, and profile ranking best practices.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Trello, Slack, Google Docs, etc.
Optional/Preferred:
- Experience with CRM or project management tools.
- Existing Upwork profile with track record is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales funnels or LinkedIn outreach.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
