We are looking for a proactive and data-driven iOS UA Manager to join our growing team. As an iOS App Marketing expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase our app's visibility, drive high-quality installs, and foster long-term user retention. The ideal candidate will be our in-house expert on all things SKAdNetwork (SKAN), ensuring our marketing efforts are both compliant and effective in the post-IDFA landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across various channels, including Apple Search Ads, social media platforms, and other mobile ad networks.
- Take full ownership of our SKAdNetwork (SKAN) strategy, including the implementation and management of conversion value schemas to effectively measure campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize bidding, targeting, and creative assets to achieve key performance indicators (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
- Conduct ongoing App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of app store assets (icons, screenshots, descriptions).
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of SKAN on measurement.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure proper SDK implementation for marketing attribution and to align campaigns with product updates.
- Remain at the forefront of the latest trends and updates in the iOS ecosystem, mobile marketing, and privacy regulations to proactively adapt strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a mobile User Acquisition or App Marketing role.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns on channels like Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with SKAdNetwork (SKAN), including conversion value schema management and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs, including CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
- Demonstrable experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
