Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer with a strong background in video production and post-production. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop) and familiarity with AI tools that enhance video editing and production processes. The Videographer will be responsible for creating visually compelling videos that align with our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, promotional materials, and internal communications.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage during shoots.
- Edit raw video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring polished and engaging final products.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance video production, including automated editing, video optimization, and content analysis.
- Conduct video interviews, capture b-roll footage, and coordinate with other team members for production needs.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval.
- Stay current on industry trends, video techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and production quality.
- Assist in the coordination and setup of video shoots, including location scouting, talent management, and logistics.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is in good working order before and after shoots.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in film, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) is essential.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that assist in video editing and production.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction and provide feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video formats and best practices for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animations.
- Familiarity with sound mixing and audio editing.
- Experience with live streaming and/or video conferencing tools.
