What We’re Looking For:
You take pride in clean, maintainable code and believe in building things right the first time. You’re methodical, detail-oriented, and thrive on solving complex problems with elegant solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4+ years building custom automations
- Expert in no-code/low-code platforms: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble.io
- Strong experience with AI integration platforms: VAPI, Retell
- Proficiency with Twilio and Go High Level
- Advanced coding in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and API development
- Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with remote teams
- Strong business acumen and client-facing communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Lead multi-channel outreach automation projects
- Design scalable AI communication workflows
- Build tools for call, text, and email sequencing
- Implement conversational AI that sounds genuinely human
- Translate business problems into automated solutions
- Support and mentor other developers
Must-Haves:
- Portfolio of past automation projects
- Experience with conversational AI
- Track record of successful project delivery
- Understanding of compliance in multi-channel communications
- Highly responsive and available
