We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Web QA Specialist to support the QA team in ensuring the quality and smooth functionality of websites.

Responsibilities:
- Help maintain and update Launches and Sale checklists.
- Working to improve the overall shopping experience, from landing on the site to post-
- purchase follow-ups.
- Ensuring smooth go-live of websites without any critical observation that can hinder web operations
- Monitoring site performance, customer behavior, and analytics to improve the UX.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure websites go live without critical issues affecting
- functionality or operations
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships across departments to align QA processes
- Manage QA for social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or ongoing studies).
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills:
- Time management
- Basic understanding of website functionality and quality assurance practices.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and google sheets
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establishing QA standards and processes.
- Have knowledge about Fashion and ecommerce market.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
