Your Key Contributions:
As our YouTube Channel Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing our video content strategy. Your responsibilities include:
- Content Strategy & Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive channel growth, audience engagement, and overall reach.
- Upload & Scheduling Management: Oversee the timely uploading and strategic scheduling of video content to ensure consistency and maximize viewer interaction.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize YouTube Analytics to meticulously monitor channel performance, evaluate key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Creator Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, editors, and other team members to ensure all video content aligns with our brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.
- Audience Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by actively responding to comments, addressing viewer inquiries, and encouraging interaction to build a loyal subscriber base.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a highly skilled and passionate individual with:
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital video platforms, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Platform Expertise: A strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices for video content, and effective audience engagement strategies.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
