Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Tutoring Intern to join our team. This multi-faceted role is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual to gain hands-on experience in administration, recruitment, and tutoring. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, assist in recruiting and onboarding new tutors, and leverage their subject expertise to work directly with students.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and managing communications.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records for tutors and students.
- Assist with report generation and documentation.
- Tutor Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential tutors.
- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new tutors during their initial phase.
- Tutoring Expert:
- Provide expert tutoring sessions to students in your area of academic expertise.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [Relevant Field, e.g., Education, Business Administration, a specific academic subject].
- Strong academic background and a passion for teaching and learning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with online tutoring platforms is a plus.
