Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities across all departments.
- Manage the purchase, registration, and maintenance of company vehicles, including timely renewal of insurance, licenses, and taxes.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the factory's canteen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Assist in legal follow-up for theft cases and other investigations as required.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Liaise with government authorities and handle any administrative or security – related incidents.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiations and contracts.
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to create SOPs that are practical, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee security operations at the head office and factory, manage security staff deployment, and coordinate with external security agencies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure policies are effectively communicated to all stakeholders and facilitate training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10-12 years’ Experience in administrative role.
- Age : 45-50 years. Retired from armed forces will be a plus point.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
