Provide best in class Analytics and Campaign Management Experience to business
- Sales MIS, KPI tracking for MG, business planning and Management reporting for PB and MG
- Developing and Implementing of Sales Incentive plan for RM/AM/VRM/Hunters, Other business incentive plan (IAs, CSMs), Cross sell KPI’s and Incentive payout and on-going monitoring and execution for both PB and MG
- Portfolio Analytics on regular basis for PB and MG to take strategic and Tactical decisions regular segmentation of base for productivity enhancement and penetration
- Seamless migration of clients between and within segments and adjustment of budgets and targets
- Overall portfolio management, generation of detailed and segment MIS and carrying out appropriate analytics to ensure ongoing guidance to the sales teams and develop dashboard for frontline management
- Expertise in Campaign & Client Engagement Platform.
- Expertise in Campaign Analysis - A/B Testing Campaigns
- Knowledge in Digital Performance Analytics & Digital Marketing Analytics
- At least 5+ years of relevant banking, wealth and sales experience out of which at least 2/3 years in a similar position
- Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization.
- Very Strong Analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities and help manage increase the revenue from hidden opportunities
- Hands on Experience on SQL, SAS & Python.
- Strong expertise on Process and report automation.
- Experience on Power BI report development.
