We are now seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our COO someone who thrives in structured environments and excels at coordination and execution.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, logical, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant and COO to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain accountability across departments, and support strategic coordination. This position offers a clear path to grow into a leadership support role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO and Executive Assistant in daily planning, coordination, and execution
- Maintain centralized trackers and follow-up systems to ensure timely task completion
- Prepare meeting agendas, take structured notes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate weekly executive reports and department updates
- Schedule and prepare key meetings (QBRs, retrospectives, internal check-ins)
- Track cross-functional dependencies and send reminders to ensure alignment
- Assist in internal training sessions and communications
- Maintain recurring syncs with Sales, Marketing, and other departments
- Promote clarity, structure, and accountability across COO-level operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Logical thinker with a process-driven mindset
- Proficient in productivity tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, structured, and forward-thinking — someone who anticipates needs and takes ownership
- Exposure to Sales or Tech environments is a plus

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
