Tekboox, a US based IT Company urgently looking to hire B2B Appointment Setter(Female)
Responsibilities:
- Skills in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers from a provided list, aiming to introduce
the company’s products or services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Accurately record customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the
company’s CRM system
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Requirements:
· Female candidates only.
· Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
· Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
· Proficient in using relevant software and CRM tools.
· Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Job Location & Timing:
Location :DHA Y Block Lahore
Timing :Night Shift 6pm to 3am (Onsite 5days a week)
