Salary: 500-1200 per client handled
F16Media LLC is looking for dedicated and organized Appointment Schedulers to join our team. This position is exclusively for unmarried females who are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for clients and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
Manage multiple client schedules efficiently.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must be an unmarried female.
Excellent communication skills (English) , both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using scheduling software and tools.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift daily.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
It is necessary to have a computer , headphones, and power backup.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
