Business Requirement Gathering:
Liaise with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements for new features, product enhancements, and market-specific localization.
Documentation:
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, and solution outlines for product development and integration.
Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and wire-frames as needed.
System Integration Support:
Collaborate with Technology and Vendors for integrations (e.g., API, SFTP, PGP, MT940, Excel formats) across host-to-host, digital channels, and third-party solutions.
UAT Planning and Support:
Support UAT planning and execution by preparing test cases and ensuring traceability to business requirements.
Define UAT test cases, coordinate test cycles, document outcomes, and support business users during validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Sales to ensure solution readiness, compliance alignment, and client on-boarding enablement.
Client Implementation:
Assist in on-boarding activities by preparing functional specs, mapping requirements, and supporting client discussions as needed.
Governance & Control: Maintain audit trail of change requests, BRD sign-offs, UAT logs, and testing evidence to align with internal governance standards.
Market Rollout Coordination: Support the deployment of Collections solutions across GCC, Egypt, and future markets, ensuring localized compliance and operational readiness.
Key Measures:
-Timely delivery of BRDs and UAT sign-offs
-Stakeholder satisfaction across Product, Tech, and Ops
-Reduction in manual interventions / process gaps
-Quality and accuracy of requirements and testing documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services, preferably within Transaction Banking or Collections portfolio.
Regional banking experience (GCC/Egypt) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile, PMP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of Collections systems, customer file transmissions (SFTP, API), reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
Experience with requirement gathering, writing BRDs, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
Familiarity with regional regulatory and compliance requirements related to Collections products.
Working knowledge of corporate channel integrations and formats (SFTP, API, MT940, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Azure; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery environments.
