We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to convert inbound and outbound leads into listing appointments. You’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make & follow up on calls to secure listing appointments
Use CRM to track leads and update prospect status
Achieve and exceed key performance metrics (100+ calls/day, 6+ appointments/week, 10+ listings/month)
Prospect expired listings and FSBOs
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met
Maintain accurate records and reports
