Job Description:
We're seeking a results-driven IT Calling Agent to join our team! As a Calling Agent, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the B2B space.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT products/services
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
- English Fluency (US Accent Preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT products/services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
