Compliance & Collections Coordinator (Pakistan – Remote)
Ziprent is a tech-enabled property management company looking for a Compliance & Collections Coordinator to join our fully remote team in Pakistan. This is a high-impact, subject matter expert role where precision, professionalism, and independent problem-solving are the name of the game.
You’ll own the process for insurance compliance, collections, and vendor payment oversight — ensuring our operations run like clockwork. No micromanaging here: we need someone who thrives on autonomy, knows how to prioritize, and delivers exceptional results without being chased.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to expert for insurance compliance, keeping property owners, tenants, and vendors aligned with requirements.
- Verify, track, and file insurance documents with zero errors. Follow up proactively when someone is out of compliance, providing clear and actionable next steps.
- Lead collections efforts for unpaid rent and fees — reviewing account histories, setting up payment plans, and resolving obstacles before they escalate.
- Monitor vendor payment compliance, track outstanding invoices, and address issues directly with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, streamline operations, and reduce delays — then take the lead on making those changes happen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, vendor relations, and operations to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.
- Maintain meticulous records, reports, and documentation — your work will be the gold standard for quality and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent, accent-neutral spoken English and flawless written grammar — indistinguishable from a native U.S. English speaker.
- A self-starter who can manage projects independently without constant oversight.
- Minimum 3 years in a compliance, collections, or related customer-facing role — U.S., UK, or Canadian client experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent QA skills with a keen eye for detail — errors don’t get past you.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in handling escalated issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, CRMs, property management software, and multiple communication platforms.
- Familiarity with property management operations and insurance requirements is a plus.

- Fully remote position based in Pakistan.

Pay: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,600.00 per hour
