- Requirements:
- Manage client onboarding, support, retention, and escalations for a smooth experience.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, resolve issues, and report performance.
- Coordinate with billing teams on timely, accurate updates for claims and payments.
- Analyze CRM data for improvements and train staff on best practices.
- Experience in customer relationship management, ideally in medical billing or healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree
