Business Development & Credit Initiation:
- To perform marketing & business development activities to achieve allocated targets.
- Timely Processing/preparation of quality credit line proposals, conducting in-depth analysis of: financial & market position, security/collateral, technical capability of the borrower and calculation of risk rating, as and when required.
Data Collection & Analysis:
- To Manage/Analyze Financial Data of clients/ and deducing results in accordance with the organization’s policy.
- To closely monitor industry trends & economic changes effecting clients’ position & pass on information to the team members and keep the line manager informed / abreast of such developments.
- To monitor of accounts through Bank’s automated system for maintaining/enhancing the credit limits for the customers. Co-coordinating with the branch/superior office for smooth functioning of the banking facilities to achieve annual goals.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- To ensure compliance of all regulatory/Banks policies.
- Monitoring/mitigating risks associated with portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors to achieve satisfactory audit rating & ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
- To maintain and safe-keeping of all credit files.
- Ensure that the credit/ lending functions are managed with the Bank’s laid down credit policies & procedures.
- Update themselves about the latest policies/ regulations of State bank of Pakistan & other regulatory bodies.
Customer Service
- Provide quality services to the portfolio clients and to market for new clients for fresh business and target achievement.
- Regular coordination with managers of the linked branches.
- Regular liaison with internal customer’s i.e CAD, CTP and Regional Sales team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate with preferably Finance Background.
Minimum experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
