We are looking for dedicated, driven, and goal-oriented Inbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling U.S.-based inbound sales campaigns, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls professionally with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Engage clients through effective questioning and active listening to gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
- Please provide detailed information about our services and confidently address client inquiries.
- Manage client relationships from first contact through to completion.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and quotas.
- Accurately maintain client records, including feedback and communication details.
- Track and report KPIs including call volume, conversions, and sales performance.
Who Are You:
- A strong communicator with fluent spoken English.
- Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zones).
- Experienced in U.S. inbound sales campaigns (minimum 1 year).
- A confident, persuasive individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO, sales, or call center environments.
- Strong sales closing techniques.
- Creative thinking and adaptability.
