Position Overview:
We are hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to manage high-end client interactions across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Manage, confirm, and modify ride reservations using internal software systems.
* Provide personalized service recommendations (vehicle type, amenities, timing, etc.).
* Coordinate with chauffeurs and dispatch team to ensure timely service execution.
* Handle any service concerns or client complaints with care and discretion.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, conversations, and resolutions.
* Uphold LIMOARC’s luxury brand standards in all client interactions.
* Support occasional after-hours or weekend shifts (flexible and rotating).
Requirements:
* 2+ years of customer service experience—preferably in luxury, hospitality, or transportation.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM tools, chat systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
* Flexible availability to cover U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (full or partial shifts).
Preferred (But Not Required):
* Experience serving high-end or VIP clientele
