Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month

Job Overview:
This role is a blend of product research and customer support. You’ll help us identify high-demand products (primarily for **Amazon and Shopify) and also ensure a smooth customer experience for our store.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Product Research
* Conduct in-depth product research for Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms
* Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing in international markets (especially US, UK)
* Identify winning products using tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar
* Source suppliers and evaluate product viability based on margins and demand
Requirements:
(Experience in Amazon/Shopify product research is a must)
* Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive
* Strong understanding of international e-commerce trends & customer behavior
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
* Organized, responsible, and proactive team player
