We are looking for a motivated Educational Consultant to join our team. As an Educational Consultant, you will guide prospective students in making well-informed decisions about their higher education and career paths. This role involves assessing student profiles, evaluating educational options, and matching them with programs and institutions that align with their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families on study programs, admissions criteria, and application processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international universities, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Assess student profiles (grades, financial capacity, career aspirations) to identify appropriate study options.
- Support students in preparing application documents, securing visas, and navigating financial aid processes.
- Keep up to date with education industry trends, policy regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
- Manage follow-up communication with prospective students to aid their decision-making process.
-Collaborate with internal teams to maximize enrollment conversion and delivery of high-caliber service.
- Provide periodic reports on prospective student progress and application statuses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in education consulting, international admissions, or student recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to guide and advise with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.
- Familiarity with study-abroad processes and education systems.
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet realistic targets.
