We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Manager with a strong background in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and strategic business development within digital marketing and software development domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue for digital marketing and software development services.
- Oversee and refine lead generation efforts using targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and client segments to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and project management) to align business goals with client needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development metrics, sales performance, and market intelligence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within digital marketing and/or software development industries.
- Hands-on expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM/sales tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth KPIs.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead business development efforts with minimal supervision.
