Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Strategy:
- Plan, create, and implement targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to attract new business clients
- Manage the full email lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and execution through to analysis
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant communication
Content Creation & Design:
- Write compelling and engaging email copy with clear calls to action
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure content is optimized for conversion and meets the needs of various stages in the customer journey
Automation & Drip Campaigns:
- Set up and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive sales
- Use marketing automation tools to design and deploy drip campaigns that target various business segments
- Continuously optimize email automation sequences to improve open rates and lead conversion
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement
Compliance & Data Management:
- Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations
- Manage and maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation
- Monitor email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filtering and blacklists
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, proven skills and track record working in US related Businesses
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale email marketing campaigns targeting businesses
- Hands on experience in email marketing tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Million Verifier etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling, and action-driven email content
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing email performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and list management
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
