Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Etsy Digital Products Expert to manage and scale our Etsy store focused on digital products. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Etsy’s platform, understands trends in digital products (such as planners, printables, templates, etc.), and knows how to optimize listings for visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, and optimize Etsy listings for digital products (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, and SEO).
- Design or oversee the design of high-quality digital products (e.g., planners, templates, digital art, etc.).
- Research trending niches and product types on Etsy to identify new opportunities.
- Write compelling and keyword-rich product descriptions.
- Monitor sales and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Keep up with Etsy algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement promotional strategies using Etsy Ads and coupons.
- Track performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience managing an Etsy store.
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Experience creating or managing digital products (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with tools like Marmalead, eRank, or Everbee for product research and SEO.
- Basic knowledge of copyright laws related to digital content.
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
